In June I spent three days in Djibouti, it was hellish hot (40°C) and humid. Couldn't do much. The Hotel Oceania Appart Hotel was expensive, but had good air condition. You don't have to go there, city boring, landscape desert with the lowest point of Africa. But I didn't visit it.
